What Defines Us

To us, Fitness is a social gathering of family and fitness. It is back to fitness basics, back to the foundation. We embody the belief of building from the ground up to provide a way of life, the change of perception of a healthy lifestyle. We want athletes to thrive and not get bored , challenge and progress, develop and succeed to their fitness goals.

Our dedicated team of coaches are training the athletes because it is their passion. From just attending ONE class, one can feel the level of attention our coaches provide on the floor. Each and every athlete receives feedback and guidance in every class. Every coach, after giving instruction, goes around the floor during the entire duration of the workout to ensure everyone’s safety while providing instructions to improve the athlete.

Just like any relationship, there has to be trust. As we get to know each other, athletes and coaches put their trust in each other. Coaches trust that the athletes will listen for their guidance. Athletes will believe and perform in a level he/or she never thought possible before.

As our goal and commitment to safety, we keep a small ratio of coach to athlete at the most at 1:8.

Again, this ensures every athlete is receiving quality instruction as well as guidance throughout the entire workout.

We want everyone to be well rounded. We focus on the 3S in our programming. STABILITY in core, STAMINA in cardio and STRENGTH in lifting.

What can I say?.AMAZING! Amazing,please,even greater people,trainers here are really someone who cares about your well being. I haven't been in the gym for the last 3years after I had my son,but now once I found this place,where I keep motivated-GAME is ON! Personal trainers are great and working in a team enviroment is the best feeling versus working out alone. So if you haven't check them out,DO IT,won't regret it!
